2012.Life started for me when I landed in NY off a one way flight thinking my receipt (my degree) could quickly be redeemed for a Big Girl Job. Since then I’ve had 7 jobs, worked countless events, and frolic through what is known as adulthood. Worked as a Barista in a coffee shop to working events like Jean Gualtier Brooklyn Museum Exhibit, Love and Hip Hop Season Premiere, Power 105 musical festival. I’ve learned things that only life could teach me.
My life is far from perfect. I learned the life that you want is not the life that is destined for you. I have learned a lot professionally and personally and all I aim to do is inspire, advise, and reveal everything that I had to learn the hard way.

I am a 24 year old college graduate from Pontiac, Michigan who enjoys discussing aspects of fashion, love, music, beauty products, and pop culture. I majored in Apparel Merchandising Product Development with a minor in Marketing, and I aspire to be a stylist and creative director in the world of fashion. I also enjoy blogging and creating dope concepts for people who I style along the way.My favorite quote is from the iconic Coco Chanel who is also my favorite designer of all time; "I can't understand how a woman can leave the house without fixing herself up a little, if only out of politeness. And then, you never know, maybe that's the day she has a date with destiny and it's best to be as pretty as possible for destiny." I live my fashion life based on this sole principle, and I also believe that it’s extremely important to mix high and low pieces in your wardrobe because “fashion changes, but style remains.”
