As Mother's Day comes to an end I wanted to share my mother's OOTD. We would really be nowhere without our mothers, they put the LIFE in Lifestyleology, and even though we could never pay our mothers back we definitely will spend the rest of life's trying.
Mother's Day from a Far
This year I told myself that I was going to be a big girl and not run home every holiday like I did my first year in NY. Dee and I sent flowers and arranged for my mom to have a weekend getaway in Chicago. While my bank account thanks me for not going home my heart was a little sad for this is the first time I have ever been away from my mother on mothers day. I was able to escape to Jersey to spend this holiday with my aunt and cousin who was celebrating her first mothers day. All in all this shall be my first and last time away I mean after all what's a mother's day without the reunion of the #TomCat duo.Love Thy Mother FASHIONABLY
I put my mothers look together, and I wanted her to wear something fun and flirty but still classy. I mean today is all about treating our mothers like the queens that they are. So, I went to Banana Republic and found this fit and flare dress on sale for $59.99 originally $109.00 now, that's what I call a bargain!
To all the mama's in the place with style and grace
I paired her dress with nude pumps from Aldo and necklace from Bebe. I love the old saying that says, "God couldn't be everywhere, so he created mothers". God bless all the mothers out there we love you. XOXO~Jaz
